Editorial policy
Prime World Review aims to publish careful, readable work about objects, materials, craft and design. We make our reasoning visible and take responsibility for correcting the record when something is wrong.
Accuracy and context
Writers should check factual statements against reliable material appropriate to the subject and distinguish established information from interpretation. Articles should avoid implying that one object or tradition represents an entire place or culture. When context is uncertain or contested, we say so rather than smoothing over the difficulty.
Independence
Editorial decisions belong to Prime World Review. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable view or control over an editorial article. We consider pitches on their relevance and clarity, not on the promises they make.
Corrections
Readers can use the Contact page to identify a possible error, with the article and the detail in question. We review substantiated concerns, correct material errors and make meaningful changes clear to readers where appropriate. A disagreement over interpretation is not automatically a factual error, but we will consider the reasoning offered.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid or partner material is labelled clearly where it appears and kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. Any terms are made visible to readers. Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence; when used, they are identified as such and are not presented as documentary photographs or evidence of a real object.
